Role: Finance Administrator
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £30,737.70 per annum, with a discretionary annual 5% bonus
Location: Swansea, Hybrid working: minimum two office-based days per week.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working hours between 9:00am and 5:30pm.

About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive Finance Administrator. In this role, you'll manage your own portfolio of assessments from receipt through to completion, reviewing financial information, identifying risks, resolving issues and producing accurate recommendations within agreed service levels.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and financial information, has strong investigative skills and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. Full training will be provided, helping you develop valuable financial assessment skills and experience to further your career within ArvatoConnect.

Minimum Criteria:
✅ Good understanding of financial accounts, financial statements and financial ratios.
✅ Hold an A Level or NVQ in Finance, Maths, Accounting or a related discipline.
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to review information, identify risks and make informed decisions.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and a consistent approach to accuracy and quality.
✅ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently to deadlines.
