About the Role: 

ArvatoConnect are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team and play a key part in assessing the financial stability of companies bidding for government contracts! Working within our dynamic team, you’ll analyse key financial data, evaluate risk, and provide crucial insights that help shape procurement decisions. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, you’ll ensure all assessments meet the highest standards. What you’ll do: 

  • Review and evaluate financial documents to assess company stability and risk levels. 
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial assessments, maintaining high-quality standards. 
  • Provide clear, well-documented recommendations based on financial data analysis. 
  • Liaise with clients and external companies to resolve queries and gather additional information. 
  • Meet performance targets and deadlines while maintaining service excellence. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and positive team environment. 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • Experience in an accounting or financial transactional environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and analytical mindset. 
  • Confidence in reviewing and interpreting financial information accurately. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data input and analysis. 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • The ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines. 
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a drive for continuous improvement. 
  • AAT qualification is desirable. 

Minimum Criteria: 

  • An A-Level or NVQ qualification in finance, maths, or accounting. 
  • Computer literacy and confidence in handling financial data. 
  • The ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in our Swansea office, 3 days from home).
