The Role
An exciting opportunity to work on a national helpline providing specialist advice and support to schools in administering the Standards & Testing Agency; Reception Baseline Assessment, and Multiplication Tables Checking.
The Reception Baseline Assessment (RBA) became statutory in schools in September 2021. The RBA is a short, task-based assessment, and is required to be completed shortly after a child starting reception, regardless of when they join the class, unless previously assessed
You will support the inbound phone line service and respond to email inquiries from school relating to the initial end to end testing phase of the digital assessment. There will be a requirement to complete outbound calls to education settings to ensure completion of the RBA To ensure that all service users receive the excellent provision that they are accustomed to from the Department for Education, a strong passion for going the extra mile and driving excellence is needed.
Core hours required are 9am-5pm but there may be a requirement to work outside normal office hours, when necessary, therefore a flexible attitude to working hours is essential.
